笔者自1988年11～1991年2月,用硝苯吡啶治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞5例,收到满意效果,报告如下。本文共报告5例患者,男1例、女4例,最小年龄21岁、最大年龄69岁。从发病至就诊时间最短1小时,最长3天。单眼1例、双眼4例,其中单纯主干阻塞4例、主干及分支同时阻塞1例。既往有风湿性关节炎病史2例,慢性扁桃体炎1例,均无高血压及心脏病病史。确定诊断以后,采用硝苯吡啶10mg舌下含服、每日3次,7天为1疗程。治疗期间停用

This article reported a total of 5 patients, 1 males and 4 females, the youngest age of 21 years, the maximum age of 69 years. From the onset of treatment to the shortest 1 hour, up to 3 days. 1 case of monocular, 4 cases of binocular, including simple trunk obstruction in 4 cases, trunk and branch block at the same time in 1 case. Past history of rheumatoid arthritis in 2 cases, 1 case of chronic tonsillitis, no history of hypertension and heart disease.
