探讨江浙财团与南京国民政府的密切关系,有助于我们加深对南京国民政府建立初期的历史和中国民族资产阶级的认识。有人说,“在想要研究中国,想要认识蒋(介石)之前,就有必要先通过研究江浙财阀”。细研此论,不无道理。江浙财团与早期南京政府的关系,笔者通过对有关资料的初步研究,认为二者既不是纯粹的顺从,更不是单纯的对抗,而是一种相互利用的关系。一方面,南京政府在其建立和初步巩固的过程中,财源匱乏,开支浩大,迫切需要得到江浙财团的经济支持,
