目的:研究分析盐酸氟桂利嗪联合镇脑宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法:从我院偏头痛患者中选取58例,并将其分为治疗组和对照组,均29例,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.55%,对照组患者的总有效率75.86%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氟桂利嗪联合镇脑宁胶囊治疗偏头痛具有良好的临床效果。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Flunarizine combined with Zhennaoning Capsule in the treatment of migraine. Methods: Fifty-eight cases were selected from patients with migraine in our hospital and divided into treatment group and control group, all of which were compared with 29 cases. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 75.86% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Flunarizine combined with Zhennaoning Capsule has a good clinical effect in the treatment of migraine.
