随着我国经济的不断发展,各行各业的市场竞争力越来越大,医院的生存压力也随之加大,医院为了能够适应这一变化,就必须进行医院内部控制制度建设。建设一个健全的内部控制制度,不但可以有效的提升医院的可持续发展能力,还有助于在经营发展中,有效的遵循国家的相关法律法规。本文就对医院内部控制制度的建设和实施进行简要分析。
With the constant development of economy in our country, the market competitiveness of all trades and occupations is getting bigger and bigger, and the pressure of survival of the hospital also increases. In order to be able to adapt to this change, the hospital must set up the internal control system of the hospital. Building a sound internal control system will not only effectively improve the hospital’s capacity for sustainable development, but also help to effectively comply with relevant state laws and regulations in business development. This article briefly analyzes the construction and implementation of the hospital internal control system.
