广州市科协根据穗科协(94)60号文、穗科基(94)7号文《关于广州市科协、广州市科技进步基金会评定奖励优秀学术论文和优秀建议实施办法的通知》的精神,对1993年至1994年度科技论文进行了评选,于1995年12月揭晓。椐统计,本届评选市科协所属各学会收集和发表的论文近6千篇,评选工作过程由下而上,层层把关。先由各学会的各专业委员会进行初步评选,再由各学会的学术委员会进行评选出推荐上报市科协评选的论文。然后由市科协组织专家对市属各学会推荐上报的论文进行评选,最后由市科协学术工作委员会审查评定。本届评选出优秀科技论文共144篇,其中获一等奖4篇,二等奖19篇,三等奖92篇,四等奖29篇。广州市化学化工学会本届获奖的优秀科技论文共14篇,其
