作风是领导干部世界观、人生观,价值观的外在反映,是干部党性修养、政治品质、道德境界的具体体现。在企业,组织部门是核心职能部门,组织工作需要严谨的工作作风和科学的工作态度,组工干部的形象、作风如何,直接关系到职工群众对党组的看法,乃至影响到整个企业及党的形象,同时也决定着组织工作的效率和质量。新形势下,企业组工干部应努力培养四种作风,树立新时期组工干部的良好形象。一、品德高尚的思想作风。
