一、前言在光缆制造工程中光纤的二次被复是相当重要的工艺,它影响到光纤的机械性能、传输性能及长期稳定性。为此,几年来我们对二次被复的结构、工艺、材料进行了探索试验,取得了一定成绩。对光纤的二次被复主要有如下要求:①被复光纤能耐侧压和弯曲;②被复引起的附加损耗小;③被复光纤损耗的温度特性好;④传输性能的长期稳定性。我们的研制工作也就是根据这几点来做的。
I. There are two main requirements for the optical fiber to be duplicated: (1) the fiber to be covered is resistant to lateral pressure and bending; (2) the additional loss caused by the fiber is small; (3) the temperature characteristic of the fiber being consumed is good; (4) the long-term stability of transmission performance. Our research work is based on these points to do.
