企业的财务管理体制一般是指在一个特定的经济环境下将集团内部成员之间的财务关系处理好的制度和规范。随着经济的不断发展,互联网的逐渐普及,企业的财政管理模式也在不断发生变化。为了迎合知识经济时代,就产生了在集权下的集中式财务管理模式。这种实时控制管理模式可以实现在线管理财务内容。本文介绍了集中式财务管理模式的发展、实施的条件,同时还提出了实行集中式财务管理模式的优点,为想实行集中式财务管理模式的公司提供一些参考借鉴。
The financial management system of an enterprise generally refers to the systems and norms that handle the financial relations among the members of the group within a specific economic environment. With the continuous development of the economy and the gradual popularization of the Internet, the financial management mode of the enterprises is constantly changing. In order to cater to the era of knowledge-based economy, a centralized financial management model under centralized power has emerged. This real-time control management model can be achieved online management of financial content. This article introduces the development and implementation of the centralized financial management model. At the same time, it also puts forward the merits of the centralized financial management model and provides some reference for the companies that want to implement the centralized financial management model.
