叙述了锅炉汽包水位控制系统的基本工作原理和控制方法,提出了在锅炉不同负荷下采取不同控制方法的汽包水位全程控制方案。锅炉给水控制的对象是汽包水位,其任务主要是保持汽包水位的正常,使锅炉的给水量适应锅炉的蒸发量,保持汽包水位在给定的范围内变化。图1所示为锅炉汽水系统示意图。如果水位过高,会影响汽包内汽水分离效果,使汽包出口的饱和蒸汽带水增多,蒸汽带水会使汽轮机产生水
Describes the basic working principle and control method of the boiler drum water level control system and puts forward the full control scheme of the drum water level with different control methods under different loads of the boiler. Boiler water control object is the drum level, its main task is to maintain the normal drum level, the boiler feed water to meet the boiler evaporation, to maintain the drum level within a given range of changes.
