目的:对换位思考在急诊科护理中的应用价值进行评价。方法:选取2010年10月~2016年5月在医院急诊科治疗的患者200例,随机分组,对照组患者100例,给予常规护理干预措施;观察组患者100例,给予常规护理干预同时给予换位思考模式,对两组患者的护理情况进行分析。结果:观察组患者的护理综合能力、护理干预满意度、急诊患者转归情况,均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。均没有发生因护理干预导致患者出现严重不良情绪。结论:对于急诊患者在常规护理干预基础上,给予换位思考管理模式,能够明显提高患者的护理综合能力,明显改善患者护理满意度,有效改善患者转归,改善护患关系。
Objective: To evaluate the application value of transposition thinking in emergency department nursing. Methods: Totally 200 patients treated in the emergency department of the hospital from October 2010 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n = 100) and routine nursing intervention (n = 100). Patients in observation group were given routine nursing intervention Bit thinking mode, the two groups of patients nursing situation analysis. Results: The comprehensive ability of nursing care, satisfaction of nursing intervention and the outcome of emergency patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). None of the patients experienced serious adverse emotions due to nursing intervention. Conclusion: For emergency patients, the management model of empiricism based on routine nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient’s comprehensive nursing ability, significantly improve patient satisfaction, improve the patient’s prognosis and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
