冠心病与遗传关系密切,它属于多基因遗传疾病。但是目前对其遗传方式尚未完全阐明。苯硫脲(phenyl thiocarmide简称PTC)是一种白色结晶药物,因含有硫脲基因(N—S=S)味苦涩。人类对PTC的尝味能力是受单基因控制的一种遗传性状,属于不完全性显性遗传。因此,通过冠心病病人的尝味能力测定,来进一步探讨冠心病与遗传之间的关系。本文就191例冠心病病人对PTC尝味能力测定结果报告如下: 材料及方法全组病例均系病房住院病人按照缺血性心脏病的命名及诊断标准诊断为冠心病。其中男性116例,女性75例,男女之比为1.6:1。最小年令为35岁,最大年令为82岁,其中以50~69岁居多占66%。

Phenyl thiocarmide (phenyl thiocarmide referred to as PTC) is a white crystalline drug, due to containing thiourea gene (N-S = S) bitter taste. Taste of human taste of PTC is a single gene controlled by a genetic trait, belonging to incomplete dominant inheritance. Therefore, coronary heart disease patients by measuring the taste of taste, to further explore the relationship between coronary heart disease and genetic. In this paper, 191 cases of coronary heart disease patients taste determination of PTC results are as follows: Materials and Methods All patients were ward hospitalized patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease according to the naming and diagnostic criteria of ischemic heart disease. There were 116 males and 75 females with a ratio of 1.6: 1. The minimum age is 35 years old, the maximum age is 82 years old, of which 50 to 69 mostly 66%.
