作者关于吹气压实造型法的试验研究及其有关问题的论述,归纳起来,其要点如下:一、设计制造了一台容量较大、参数变化范围较宽的吹气压实紧实试验机。其主要参数为:快开阀直径100mm,气包容积0.3立方米,最大试验砂箱内尺寸为500×400mm。二、在各种不同的条件下,就吹气压实造型法对砂型紧实度和砂型硬度分布的影响进行了一系列的试验,测出了有关数据,基本上弄清了影响砂型特性的主要因素。三、用实际生产的模型造型,浇注了 YB—112型电机外壳和巾ф155×95mm 球铁皮带轮,从了解吹气压实造型法应用于实际生产的优越性及存在问题。四、提出了吹压同步紧实的新方法和新概念,并做了初步的试验研究,简要地介绍了其优越性。
