试验旨在探讨果寡糖对斜带石斑鱼生长性能和消化酶活性的影响。以斜带石斑鱼幼鱼(18.13±0.02g)为试验对象。试验分为4组:T1组为对照组,饲喂基础饲料;T2组饲喂添加0.05%果寡糖的基础饲料;T3组饲喂添加0.1%果寡糖的基础饲料;T4组饲喂添加0.2%果寡糖的基础饲料。每组设3个重复,每个重复饲喂25尾鱼,连续养殖56d。试验结果表明,饲料中添加不同剂量的果寡糖能提高斜带石斑鱼的增重率和特定生长率,其中,T2组石斑鱼增重率和特定生长率显著上升(P<0.05),说明果寡糖能提高斜带石斑鱼的生长性能。此外,饲料中添加不同剂量果寡糖均能提高石斑鱼肠道胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,其中T3和T4组胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的活性显著上升(P<0.05)。
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of fructo-oligosaccharides on growth performance and digestive enzyme activity of Grouper. The juvenile grouper (18.13 ± 0.02g) was used as the test object. The experiment was divided into 4 groups: the T1 group as the control group, fed with basal diet; the T2 group fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05% fructooligosaccharides; the T3 group fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1% fructooligosaccharides; the T4 group fed with 0.2% fructooligosaccharides based feed. Three replicates per group were fed with 25 fish per replicate and 56 days of continuous culture. The results showed that the addition of different dosages of fructooligosaccharides to feed improved the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of grouper, and the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of grouper increased significantly in T2 group (P <0.05) , Indicating that fructooligosaccharides can improve the growth performance of oblique grouper. In addition, trypsin, amylase and lipase activities in gut were increased by adding different doses of fructooligosaccharides to the diet, and the activities of trypsin, amylase and lipase were significantly increased in T3 and T4 (P <0.05) .
