目的 为了探明 ras p2 1癌基因在涎腺良恶性肿瘤生物学行为中的作用 ,方法 采用LSAB免疫组化染色技术及 CMIASWIN免疫组化图像分析系统 ,镜下定量判断正常涎腺 ,良恶性肿瘤ras p2 1癌基因表达的阳性单位 ( PU值 ) ,通过 t检验和方差分析 ,结果 正常涎腺组 ,良性肿瘤组、恶性肿瘤组均有 ras p2 1表达 ,良恶性肿瘤组 PU值明显高于正常组 ( P<0 .0 1)。胞浆中 PU值明显强于胞核、阳性细胞最多见于腺管样区 ,恶性肿瘤及瘤旁腺泡分别为强阳性和弱阳性表达 ,复发性腮腺深叶包膜不完整的肿瘤其 PU值明显高于原发性腮腺浅叶包膜完整的肿瘤。结论 实验结果表明 ras p2 1癌基因的激活在涎腺良恶性肿瘤的发生和发展过程中起着重要的作用。
Objective To explore the role of ras p21 oncogene in benign and malignant salivary gland tumors by using LSAB immunohistochemical technique and CMIASWIN immunohistochemical image analysis system to quantitatively evaluate normal salivary gland, benign and malignant tumors. The ras p21 gene positive expression unit (PU) was analyzed by t-test and analysis of variance. The results showed that ras p21 was expressed in normal salivary gland, benign, and malignant tumors. The PU value of benign and malignant tumors was significantly higher than that of normal and malignant tumors. Normal group (P < 0.01). The PU value in the cytoplasm was significantly stronger than that in the nucleus, the positive cells were most seen in the duct-like area, the malignant tumors and paratumor acinus were strongly positive and weakly positive, and the recurrent parotid deep-leaf capsules had incomplete PU. It is significantly higher than primary tumors with intact capsular parietal capsules. Conclusion The experimental results show that the activation of ras p21 oncogene plays an important role in the occurrence and development of benign and malignant salivary gland tumors.
