用中国25个省区80年代的大豆生产品种做了蛋白质、脂肪、18种氨基酸、5种脂肪酸、碘价的化学分析及其相关和通径分析.蛋白质含量,北方春大豆(A)40.86%<夏大豆(B)42.91%<秋大豆(C)43.48%<南方春大豆(D)43.91%;脂肪含量,A(19.76%)>B(18.61%)>D(18.49%)>C(17.77%);蛋白脂肪总量,D(62.56%)>B(61.45%)>C(61.25%)>A(60.64%);分析了氨基酸和脂肪酸的生态地理分布趋势;发现了高必需氨基酸(37.25),高苯丙氨酸(7.87),高含硫氨基酸(2.59),高色氨酸(1.38),低亚麻酸(4.86),低碘价(117.17)的各种优质品种;讨论了品质性状的生态地理分布和品质育种问题。
Chemical analysis of protein, fat, 18 kinds of amino acids, 5 kinds of fatty acids and iodine values and their correlation and path analysis were done with soybean production varieties from 25 provinces and autonomous regions of China in 1980.
