煤矿井下非采区产煤转载运输系统项目是针对开拓巷道生产煤无法进入主煤流系统,造成巷道煤回收率不高的问题设立。本项目通过设备安装硐室改造、翻煤装置设计、刮板输送机搭接、供电系统设计以及轨道运输系统改造等完成1套巷道煤转运系统。使用效果表明该系统实现了巷道煤由辅助运输向主煤流的快速运输,系统设计达到生产要求,有效调高了巷道煤利用率。
Coal mining non-mining area reproduced coal transport system project is to open up the roadway production of coal can not enter the main stream system, resulting in low recovery of coal roadway set up. This project completes 1 sets of roadway coal transportation system through equipment installation chamber reforming, coal blending plant design, scraper conveyor overlap, power supply system design and rail transportation system transformation. The use effect shows that the system realizes the rapid transportation of road coal from the auxiliary transportation to the main coal stream, and the system design meets the production requirements and effectively increases the roadway coal utilization rate.
