目的探讨中药灌肠联合微波理疗、消炎止疼膏塌渍治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法将72例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组37例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组35例在对照组西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药保留灌肠、腹部微波理疗、消炎膏塌渍。结果对照组总有效率为89.19%,治疗组总有效率为94.29%。结论中药保留灌肠联合腹部微波治疗仪理疗、消炎止疼膏塌渍治疗急性胰腺炎明显优于单纯西医保守治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with microwave therapy and anti-inflammatory analgesic cream on acute pancreatitis. Methods Seventy-two patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated routinely with Western medicine. 35 cases in treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema, abdominal microwave therapy and anti-inflammatory Cream collapse stains. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 89.19%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%. Conclusion Chinese medicine retention enema combined with abdominal microwave treatment instrument therapy, anti-inflammatory analgesic cream collapse treatment of acute pancreatitis was significantly better than the conservative treatment of Western medicine.
