本研究测定了116例颅内幕上肿瘤的短潜伏期体感诱发电位(SLSEP),其中包括神经胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、神经鞘瘤、垂体瘤、转移瘤、表皮样囊肿等。在116例中,98例经术后病理学检查证实。结果表明,颅内幕上肿瘤SLSEP总异常率为82.8%,其中位于额叶、顶叶、额顶叶或半球深部者异常率较高。作者还观察到,幕上恶性肿瘤的SLSEP异常率和异常程度比良性者高。研究结果提示,SLSEP的测定对颅内幕上肿瘤的定位和定性诊断有较高的应用价值。
In this study, 116 cases of short-latency somatic evoked potentials (SLSEP) were examined in patients with intracranial supratentorial tumors, including glioma, meningiomas, schwannomas, pituitary tumors, metastases and epidermoid cysts. In 116 cases, 98 cases confirmed by postoperative pathology. The results showed that the total abnormal SLSEP rate of intracranial supratentorial tumor was 82.8%, of which the abnormal rate was higher in the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, frontal lobe or deep hemisphere. The authors also observed that abnormal rates and abnormalities of SLSEP in supratentorial malignancies were higher than those in benign ones. The results suggest that SLSEP determination of intracranial supratentorial tumor location and qualitative diagnosis of high value.
