随着社会的不断发展,经济状况的不断提升,在现有的市场经济环境下,社会对于财经类人员的管理要求也在不断地提高。想要将财经管理类人才进行进一步的质量提升,应该将管理人才培养与职业岗位需求的知识进行进一步的融合,这种知识能力的融合就是现阶段财经管理类人才培养的关键性要求展现。在财经管理类人才的培养中,应该立足将职业岗位的需求状况进行全面性的展现,从财经管理类人才职位岗位能力的需求程度与现在的社会运用状态进行逐步的完善。本文以职业岗位需求的财经管理类人才培养策略进行分析和讨论。
With the continuous development of the society and the continuous improvement of the economic conditions, under the current market economic environment, the social requirements for the management of financial and economic personnel are also constantly increasing. If we want to further improve the quality of financial and management personnel, we should further integrate the management personnel training and the job position requirements. The fusion of knowledge and capabilities is the key requirement for the training of financial management talents at this stage. In the training of financial management talents, we should base ourselves on the overall situation of the demand status of professional jobs, and gradually improve the demand of the ability of post jobs of financial management talents and the present state of social operation. This article analyzes and discusses the strategy of training talents in financial management based on job requirements.
