目的 研究Flt3配体 (FL)在受照射小鼠免疫系统恢复中的作用。方法 采用F 80 0血细胞自动计数仪行外周血细胞计数及白细胞分类计数 ,流式细胞仪分析外周血淋巴细胞表型。结果 照射前应用FL或照射后联合应用FL、IL 11、EPO和G CSF等细胞因子 ,能有效地促进受照小鼠外周血白细胞和淋巴细胞的恢复 ,对CD8+ 细胞的恢复作用尤为明显 ,同时使CD4 + CD8+ 细胞比值较早恢复正常 ,提高受照射小鼠的生存率。结论 FL不但能促进辐射损伤机体造血功能的恢复 ,对免疫系统的恢复亦具有重要的作用。FL单独或与其他细胞因子联合应用 ,对辐射损伤动物具有明显的防护和治疗效应
Objective To investigate the role of Flt3 ligand (FL) in the recovery of immune system in irradiated mice. Methods Peripheral blood cell count and white blood cell count were counted by F80 0 automatic blood cell counting system. The phenotypes of peripheral blood lymphocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results The application of FL or irradiation combined with FL, IL 11, EPO and G CSF and other cytokines before irradiation could effectively promote the recovery of peripheral blood leucocytes and lymphocytes in irradiated mice, especially for the recovery of CD8 + cells CD4 + CD8 + cells to return to normal earlier ratio, improve the survival rate of irradiated mice. Conclusion FL can not only promote the recovery of hematopoietic function of the radiation damaged body, but also play an important role in the recovery of the immune system. FL alone or in combination with other cytokines has a significant protective and therapeutic effect on irradiated animals
