目的观察中西医结合治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效。方法将84例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组32例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组52例在对照组治疗的基础上结合中药通瘀灌肠液进行灌肠治疗。治疗结束后观察2组患儿的呼吸频率、血气分析、X线胸片的变化情况和临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为80.8%,死亡率为7.7%;对照组总有效率为68.8%,死亡率为15.6%。2组总有效率和死亡率比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征可提高临床疗效,减少死亡率,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods Eighty-four neonates with respiratory distress syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 32 cases in control group were treated by conventional western medicine. 52 cases in treatment group were treated with enema on traditional Chinese medicine Tongyu enema on the basis of the control group . After treatment, the respiratory rate, blood gas analysis, changes of X-ray and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 80.8% and the mortality rate was 7.7% in the treatment group. The control group had a total effective rate of 68.8% and a mortality rate of 15.6%. The total effective rate and mortality in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome can improve clinical efficacy and reduce mortality, it is worth clinical promotion.
