目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测对诊断冠心病(CHD)及预后判断的价值。方法选择北京市丰台区铁营社区卫生服务中心112例CHD患者为观察组,依据疾病类型不同分为稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组36例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组35例、急性心肌梗死(AMI)组41例,并选取同期42例健康体检者为对照组,比较各组HCY、hs-CRP水平及阳性率。结果 SAP组、UAP组、AMI组HCY、hs-CRP水平及阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05),SAP组、UAP组、AMI组HCY、hs-CRP水平依次升高(P<0.05);应用HCY、hs-CRP联合检测阳性率高于单一方法检测(P<0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白联合检测有利于冠心病早期诊断与预后判定。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of homocysteine (HCY) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD) and prognosis. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with CHD in Tieying Community Health Service Center of Fengtai District of Beijing were selected as observation group. According to the type of disease, 36 patients were divided into stable angina pectoris (SAP) group, 35 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP), 30 acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group of 41 cases, and select the same period 42 cases of healthy subjects as control group, comparing the HCY, hs-CRP levels and positive rate. Results The levels of HCY, hs-CRP and the positive rates of HCY, hs-CRP in SAP group, UAP group and AMI group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05) ). The positive rate of HCY and hs-CRP combined detection was higher than that of single method (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein is beneficial to the early diagnosis and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
