为了研究姜黄素对大鼠痛阈和脊髓组织TLR4表达的影响,本研究将120只大鼠随机均分为3组:假手术组、对照组和观察组,建立大鼠脊髓慢性压迫性损伤疼痛模型。观察姜黄素对大鼠痛阈和脊髓组织TLR4、HMGB1及TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-10表达的影响。结果表明对照组痛阈、热阈值比假手术组明显降低(p<0.05),脊髓组织TLR4、HMGB1及TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-10表达明显升高(p<0.05);观察组痛阈、热阈值比对照组明显升高,脊髓组织TLR4、HMGB1及TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-10表达明显降低。这说明注射姜黄素可明显降低脊髓组织TLR4、HMGB1及TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-10的表达,改善大鼠疼痛行为(p<0.05)。研究表明姜黄素在减轻神经病理性疼痛方面效果显著,其发挥作用的机制可能与下调TLR4途径促炎症因子表达有关,这有助于临床推广。
In order to study the effect of curcumin on the pain threshold and the expression of TLR4 in spinal cord tissue, 120 rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, control group and observation group. This shows that curcumin injection can significantly reduce spinal cord tissue TLR4, HMGB1 and TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-10 expression, improve pain behavior in rats (p <0.05). Studies have shown that curcumin has a significant effect in alleviating neuropathic pain and its mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in TLR4 pathway, which is helpful for clinical promotion.
