目的检测CD105在乳腺微浸润导管癌(MDC)和非特殊类型浸润性导管癌(IDC,NOS)的表达情况,探讨新生血管在乳腺癌发生发展中有一定的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学、RT-PCR方法检测CD105在MDC和IDC(NOS)病变中的表达。结果2种方法提示CD105在2种病变中表达有显著性的差异。结论CD105用来评估乳腺癌发展中的新生血管表达,这将为今后抗血管生成抑制剂的临床应用提供理论依据。
Objective To detect the expression of CD105 in breast micro-invasive ductal carcinoma (MDC) and non-special type of invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC, NOS) and to explore the role of neovascular in the development of breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of CD105 in MDC and IDC (NOS) lesions. Results The two methods suggested that there was a significant difference in the expression of CD105 between the two lesions. Conclusions CD105 is used to evaluate the expression of neovascularization in the development of breast cancer. This will provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of anti-angiogenesis inhibitors in the future.
