采用访谈法、问卷调查法、比较法对志愿者的参与动机和交换需求进行调查和比较研究。研究表明,复旦大学与上海体育学院的大学生在参与体育赛事志愿服务服务时存在交换关系,参与动机在自我实现、社会回报、娱乐与人际交往、获得经验与技能等方面也存在差异。上海体育学院的大学生相比复旦大学的大学生,其学习和生活的环境体育氛围更浓厚,在不同学习和成长环境下大学生在参与志愿服务中的交换需求不同,主要参与动机也各不相同,学校和体育赛事组织者应该明确大学生志愿者不同的动机和需求,并采取相应的管理和激励措施,激发并引导大学生的正向参与动机。
Interviews, questionnaires and comparative methods were used to investigate and compare volunteer motivation and exchange needs. The research shows that college students in Fudan University and Shanghai Institute of Physical Education have the exchange relations in their participation in volunteer service of sports events. There are also differences in motivation between self-realization, social return, entertainment and interpersonal communication, gaining experience and skills. Compared with Fudan University undergraduates in Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, their physical environment for studying and living is stronger. Under different learning and growth environments, college students have different demands for participating in volunteer service, and their main motivation is different. Schools And sports organizers should make clear the different motives and needs of undergraduates’ volunteers and take corresponding management and incentive measures to stimulate and guide their motivation.
