给出了超(超)临界直流锅炉蓄热系数的计算方法:首先根据水和水蒸气的热力性质,通过程序计算出水冷壁中各相态段的长度,然后依据体积守恒方程、质量守恒方程和能量守恒方程分别计算水冷壁和过热器的蓄热系数.以某660 MW超超临界直流锅炉为例,利用锅炉设计数据计算得到4个工况下水冷壁和过热器的蓄热系数.结果表明:锅炉的蓄热系数为60s左右,水冷壁蓄热系数占锅炉蓄热系数的15%~30%,过热器蓄热系数占锅炉蓄热系数的70%~85%.
According to the thermal properties of water and steam, the length of each phase in the water wall is calculated through the program. Then, according to the volume conservation equation, the mass conservation equation And the energy conservation equation were respectively used to calculate the heat storage coefficient of water wall and superheater.With a 660 MW ultra-supercritical once-through boiler as an example, the heat storage coefficient of water wall and superheater was calculated by using boiler design data. The results show that the heat storage coefficient of the boiler is about 60s, the water storage wall heat storage coefficient accounts for 15% ~ 30% of the boiler heat storage coefficient, and the superheater heat storage coefficient accounts for 70% ~ 85% of the boiler heat storage coefficient.
