随着经济社会的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,建筑行业也取得了长足的进步,建筑行业作为国民经济的重要板块,在经济增长中发挥了重要的作用,对人们的生活和工作具有重要的影响,因此建筑工程的质量也受到了越来越多的关注,在建筑工程的施工过程中,建筑物的渗漏问题是对建筑质量产生影响的一项主要内容,为此,本文针对工民建筑物中常见的渗漏问题进行总结,然后分析工民建筑物出现渗漏的原因,并针对这些渗漏出现的原因提出防渗漏施工技术的策略和方法,以期为工民建筑物的防渗漏施工提供相应的参考意见,提高工民建筑物的质量和寿命,提高建筑企业的经济效益。
With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the construction industry has also made considerable progress. The construction industry, as an important part of the national economy, has played an important role in economic growth and has an impact on people’s lives and work. Due to the important influence, the quality of construction projects has also received more and more attention. In the construction process of the construction project, the leakage problem of the building is a major impact on the construction quality. For this purpose, The common leakage problems in civil and industrial buildings are summarized, and then the causes of the leakage of civil and industrial buildings are analyzed. The strategies and methods for the construction technology of anti-leakage are proposed to address the causes of these leakages.
