目的:分析苏州大学附属儿童医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)人员情况,为制定人力资源可持续发展计划、优化静脉用药调配中心人才管理提供参考。方法:对静脉用药调配中心人员的学历、职称、工作年限、年龄、论文发表情况、政治面貌等进行分析。结果:(1)该院PIVAS现有药学人员26名,学历以大专为主,共14名(53.85%),高学历人才相对缺乏;(2)中、高级职称人员较少,科室负责人现为副主任药师;(3)多数人员缺少工作经验,工作年限≤5年的共19名(73.08%);(4)人员以青年为主,35周岁以下的青年人共22名(84.62%);(5)科研意识不强,2010-2012年整个科室仅发表论文17篇。结论:完善工作制度与操作规程,加强规范化培训,提高科室人员学历与专业技术水平,有利于PIVAS健康可持续发展。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the situation of PIVAS staff in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University, and to provide references for the formulation of sustainable development plan of human resources and optimization of Talent Management in IVF Dosing Center. Methods: Qualifications, professional titles, working years, age, published papers and political appearance of intravenous drug deployment center were analyzed. Results: (1) The hospital PIVAS existing pharmacy staff 26, academic qualifications mainly to college, a total of 14 (53.85%), highly educated talent is relatively lacking; (2) middle and senior professional titles less staff in charge As a deputy chief pharmacist; (3) a majority of the staff members lack of work experience, a total of 19 years (73.08%) of working years ≤ 5 years; (4) a total of 22 young people (84.62% ; (5) awareness of research is not strong, the entire department 2010-2012 published only 17 papers. Conclusion: Improving the working system and operating procedures, strengthening standardized training, improving the qualifications and professional skills of staff in departments and departments are conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of PIVAS.
