利用多光束飞秒激光干涉将周期微结构从镀有金属薄膜的支撑基体转写到另一接受基体上,同时在支撑基体的 金属薄膜上形成了与接受基体上正负相反的周期微结构。同时光学及电子显微镜显示在支撑基体及接受基体上得到微米 量级的周期结构。
The multi-beam femtosecond laser interference is used to transfer the periodic microstructure from the supporting substrate coated with the metal film to another receiving substrate, and at the same time, the periodic microstructure formed on the metal film supporting the substrate is opposite to the receiving substrate. At the same time, optical and electron microscopy showed periodic structures in the order of microns on the supporting and receiving substrates.
