以马福祥、马鸿逵、马麒、马步芳等为首的西北回族军阀集团的产生,是民国史和西北地方史研究中的一个重要课题。本文试从清代回族人民的基本历史要求及清政府对回族政策的演变入手,对西北回族军阀产生的社会历史条件进行探讨。
The emergence of the Northwestern Hui warlords led by Ma Fuxiang, Ma Hongwei, Ma Qi and Ma Bufang is an important issue in the study of the history of the Republic of China and the study of the history of the northwestern places. This article tries to start with the basic historical requirements of the Hui people in Qing Dynasty and the evolution of the Hui nationality policy by the Qing government, and discusses the social and historical conditions of the Hui warlords in the northwest.
