本实验发现乙胺碘呋酮20mg/kg组APD_(90)延长;50mg/kg组RP和APA降低,V_(max)减慢,APD_(100)延长;80mg/kg组V_(max)和APD_(100)变化更显著。本文在分析以往报道的基础上进一步探讨了该药抗心律失常的细胞电生理机制。
In this study, the amiodarone 20 mg / kg group was prolonged APD 90; 50 mg / kg group RP and APA decreased V max slowed APD 100; 80 mg / kg group V max and APD (100) changes more pronounced. This article based on the analysis of previous reports to further explore the drug anti-arrhythmia cell electrophysiological mechanism.
