为贯彻压缩烧油、以煤代油的方针,武汉钢铁设计研究院、昆明冶金工业公司和昆明市焊接钢管厂对φ250跟踪式轧机原有的一座粉煤加热炉进行改造,建成了一座炉型结构新颖的链式炉排燃煤加热炉。经过一年多的生产实践,各项指标已达到了预期效果。经三次热工测定,与原粉煤燃烧相比,钢坯加热产量和质量明显提高,节约了能源,环境污染得到了治理。这一新技术的成功,为我国中小型轧钢加热炉、锻造炉和热处理炉的改造提供了新的经验和技术途径。一、燃料种类及要求昆明焊接钢管厂采用富源和曲靖煤,其粒度≤20毫米,煤质化验分析数据如下:
