采用化学镀方法在45钢表面制备Ni-P-PTFE镀层,利用显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机测试镀层的显微硬度、磨损质量和摩擦因数,并用扫描电镜和EDS能谱仪观察镀层的表面形貌及分析元素组成。结果表明:随着PTFE含量增加,Ni-P-PTFE镀层的显微硬度、磨损质量以及摩擦因数均呈下降趋势;当PTFE的含量为8 m L/L时,镀层显微硬度、磨损质量和摩擦因数分别为344HV、7.5 mg和0.38。
The Ni-P-PTFE coating was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by chemical plating method. The microhardness, wear quality and friction coefficient of the coating were tested by microhardness tester and friction and wear tester. The coating was observed by SEM and EDS Surface morphology and analysis of the elemental composition. The results show that the microhardness, wear quality and friction coefficient of Ni-P-PTFE coatings decrease with the increase of PTFE content. When the content of PTFE is 8 m L / L, the microhardness, The friction factors are 344HV, 7.5 mg and 0.38 respectively.
