一磷腺苷(下简称AMP)与三磷腺苷(ATP)具有同样的药效,都是体内能量供应物质。 ATP已在眼科中广泛应用,其疗效肯定,但由于ATP滴眼液不稳定,而且局部刺激性强,所以其实用价值不大。最近有报导,用AMP注射液治疗眼睛疲劳和中心性视网膜炎有效;用AMP滴眼液治疗多种角膜表层疾患也取得了一定的疗效。AMP滴眼液处方组成如下: AMP 0.1% 聚乙烯醇 0.7% 氯化钠 0.9% 硫柳汞 0.002% 食用色素黄色4号 0.05% 氢氧化钾适量灭菌蒸馏水适量作者以AMP滴眼液与治疗角膜表层疾病的常用药腺嘌呤黄素二核苷酸(FAD)作对照试验,选择170例角膜表层异常患者,经9个月临床双盲法试验,其结果如下:
