目前国内大跨径悬索桥钢箱梁多为全焊结构,具有结构复杂、熔透焊缝多,制造难度大等特点。本文以广州珠江黄埔大桥悬索桥钢箱梁为研究对象,对大跨径悬索桥钢箱梁关键技术:焊接质量、焊接变形、横隔板单元制作及钢箱梁总拼控制等方面进行了研究。合理的工艺手段保证了产品的焊接和总拼质量,取得了良好的效果,实践表明焊缝一次探伤合格率达到96%以上,经过一次返修,超声波探伤全部合格。
At present, most of the steel box girders of the long-span suspension bridge in China are all-welded structures, which have the characteristics of complex structure, many penetration welds and difficulty in manufacturing. In this paper, the steel box girder of the Guangzhou Zhujiang Huangpu Bridge suspension bridge is taken as the research object, the key technologies of the steel box girder of the long-span suspension bridge are studied, such as welding quality, welding deformation, the production of the diaphragm unit and the total fight control of the steel box girder. Reasonable technological means to ensure the quality of the product welding and total fight, and achieved good results, the practice shows that the weld once the pass rate of 96% or more, after a rework, ultrasonic testing all qualified.
