本文从系统规划、督促考察、及时反馈、防患未然、动态管理、奖惩分明六个方面谈了自己做班主任工作的经验,其中的亮点在于对高中生德育的分层自我规划和督促评价、学生每天五分钟的总结并对第二天学习生活的安排、未雨绸缪的防患措施和人人参与的动态管理。另外,对目前脱离实际的似是而非的所谓“施爱”教育提出了自己独到的看法,供教育工作者参考。
This article discusses his own experience as a head teacher in terms of system planning, supervision and inspection, timely feedback, preventive measures, dynamic management, and rewards and punishments. The highlight is the hierarchical self-planning and supervising evaluation of high school students’ moral education. Minutes summed up the arrangements for the next day’s learning, life precautions, and dynamic management of everyone involved. In addition, the so-called “love” education, which is currently out of reality, presents its own unique views for educators.
