本文根据对季节性冻土的研究,结合大庆地区住宅楼建设开工季节较早,施工基础时地基土还冻结的特点,通过230多栋共70余万平方米的住宅楼基础砌筑在冻土上的实践,提出了冻土地基按融陷性进行分类及确定残留冻土层厚度、减浅基础埋深的方法。这为在季节性冻土上施工建筑物基础,降低建筑物造价提供了可靠的依据。
Based on the study of seasonal frozen soils, combined with the early construction period of residential building construction in Daqing and the freezing of foundation soil at the time of construction, the foundation is built on more than 230 buildings with a total of 700,000 square meters of residential buildings in the frozen ground. On the practice, the method of classifying the frozen soil foundation by the settlement and determining the thickness of the frozen soil layer and reducing the depth of the foundation is proposed. This provides a reliable basis for the construction of building foundations on seasonal frozen ground and the reduction of building construction costs.
