先天性白内障是比较常见的先天性眼病,占学龄前儿童的11.5％,为成人失明原因的5％。本病可以单独存在,也可并发其它眼病或身体其他部分异常。本文报告77例133眼先天性白内障,仅有晶状体病变者67例,伴有全身异常10例,其中包括综合症5例。在77例先天性白内障中,出生后即有晶状体混浊者62例(106眼),出生时正常,经过数月或数年后发现白内障者15例。我们对10例做了染色体检查,采用微量全血培养法,涂片Giema液染色。未做分带检查。
Congenital cataract is a common congenital eye disease, accounting for 11.5% of preschoolers, 5% of adult causes of blindness. The disease can exist alone, but also with other eye diseases or other parts of the body abnormalities. This article reports 77 cases of 133 cases of congenital cataracts, only 67 cases of lens disease, with systemic abnormalities in 10 cases, including 5 cases of syndrome. In 77 cases of congenital cataracts, there were 62 cases (106 eyes) of congenital lens opacities at birth, normal at birth, and 15 cases of cataract after months or years. We performed a chromosome test on 10 cases, using micro-whole blood culture and smear Giema staining. No zoning inspection.
