为给显微外科开展淋巴管—静脉吻合术提供应用解剖学资料,本文在上下肢各20侧的新鲜尸体上,用普蓝氯仿溶液或中国墨汁间接注射法显示浅淋巴管;在2侧尸体上,作了外科切口的摹拟试验;在29例活体淋巴管—静脉吻合手术中,摸索区分有关结构的解剖学形态特点。肢体浅淋巴管虽然很多,但在显微外科手术中,可用于吻接,具有实用意义的集合淋巴管数量较少。这些集合淋巴管与皮下主要静脉干有规律性的伴行关系。本文根据上下肢浅淋巴管的分布进行了分组,在肢体的主要部位,对淋巴管的数目、管径和瓣膜间距离进行了观察分析,部分标本进行了测量。根据解剖学资料,讨论了外科切口部位的选择、手术时显示淋巴管的注射方法、淋巴管瓣膜分布与手术操作的关系等。此外,介绍了在手术切口中,区分淋巴管、小神经、小血管和结缔组织的体会。

According to the anatomical data, we discuss the choice of surgical incision site, the method of lymphatic injection during operation, the relationship between the distribution of lymphatic vessel and the surgical operation. In addition, the experience of distinguishing lymphatic vessels, microglial nerves, small blood vessels and connective tissue in surgical incisions is introduced.
