目的:通过实验室检测,发现布氏杆菌感染者掌握疫情动态,为预测布氏杆菌病流行趋势,制定防治对策提供依据。方法根据。方法:根据布氏杆菌病实验室诊断标准,利用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)相结合的试验方法对布氏杆菌病疑似病例和有接触史等的人员进行布氏杆菌抗体检测。结果:1433例监测对象中布氏杆菌抗体阳性病例104例。阳性率为7.26%,在阳性病例中男女性别比为1.54∶1,40-69岁年龄组站80.76%。畜牧养殖人员占49.69%。屠宰作业者占32.35%。结论:英加强对养殖业和畜牧业人员的预防控制工作,提高自我防护意识。
OBJECTIVE: Through laboratory tests, it was found that the brucellosis-infected persons were aware of the epidemic situation and provided the basis for forecasting the epidemic trend of brucellosis and making prevention and treatment measures. Method according to. Methods: Based on the laboratory diagnostic criteria of brucellosis, the brucellosis suspicious cases and contact history were tested by using the combination of tiger red plate agglutination test (RBPT) and tube agglutination test (SAT) Bacillus antibody test. Results: Among the 1433 cases, 104 cases were positive for brucellosis antibody. The positive rate was 7.26%. In the positive cases, the sex ratio of male and female was 80.76% in the age group of 1.54:1 and 40-69 years. Livestock husbandry accounted for 49.69%. Slaughter workers accounted for 32.35%. Conclusion: The British strengthen prevention and control of aquaculture and livestock husbandry workers and raise their awareness of self-protection.
