‘岳丰’是以‘东光’ב富士’选育出的晚熟、加工鲜食兼用苹果新品种。果实近圆形,平均单果质量230g,肉质松脆,汁多,微香,甜酸味浓,可溶性固形物含量15.6%,可滴定酸含量0.9%,维生素C含量0.1597mg·g-1,硬度11.3kg·cm-2。丰产,稳产,抗病性强,耐贮藏。加工出汁率90%,浓缩汁棕黄色,澄清透明,无异味,透光率96.5%,色值72.9%,浊度0.83NTU。
’Yuefeng’ is a late-maturing bred by ’Dongguang’ × ’Fuji’, which uses both fresh and processed apple varieties. The fruit is nearly round with an average single fruit mass of 230g. The meat quality is crisp, juicy, slightly fragrant, sweet and sour with a soluble solid content of 15.6%, a titratable acid content of 0.9%, a vitamin C content of 0.1597mg · g-1 and a hardness of 11.3kg · Cm-2. High yield, stable yield, strong disease resistance, storage resistance. Processing juice yield 90%, dark brown juice concentrate, clear and transparent, no smell, light transmittance of 96.5%, color value of 72.9%, turbidity 0.83NTU.
