空间行波管的性能很大程度上依赖于电子枪的电子注,为获得实际的电子枪电子注分布参数,优化行波管电子光学系统,本文采用电子注测量分析系统对Ka波段空间行波管用双阳极电子枪进行了测量与分析实验,分别对该电子枪电子注导流系数、截面电流密度、射程、注腰半径以及发射度等参数随聚焦极偏压、灯丝热子功率的变化进行了仔细分析。将测试数据与制管实测结果以及MTSS软件优化设计结果进行比较,获得了较好的一致性。结果表明,电子注测量与分析数据对行波管实际制管与调试提供了良好的参考依据。
In order to obtain the actual electronic gun electron injection distribution parameters and optimize the traveling-wave tube electronic optical system, the performance of the space traveling wave tube depends greatly on the electron injection of the electron gun. In this paper, Anode electron gun was used to measure and analyze the experiment. The factors such as electron current injection conductivity, cross-section current density, range, waist radius and emissivity of the electron gun were analyzed with the focus bias voltage and the change of filament thermal power respectively. The test data and pipe test results and MTSS software optimization design results were compared, obtained better consistency. The results show that the electronic measurement and analysis data provide a good reference for the actual production and debugging of TWT.
