今年,我厂着重改造热处理用箱式电炉进行节电试验,采用8～10毫米的硅酸铝纤维毡贴衬干炉膛内壁,做为反射保温层,炉体原结构不变。这种改造方法简单易行,改造费用不高,节电效果明显。经过准确的测试发现:升温时可节电30％以上(试验数据都在10％以上)。我们先改了一台RJX-30-9炉子,随后又将一台RJX-75-9炉子改造,效果都很好。
This year, I focus on the transformation of plant heat treatment with a box-type electric furnace for energy-saving test, the use of 8 to 10 mm aluminum silicate fiber felt lining lining the inner wall of the furnace as a reflective insulation, the original structure of the furnace unchanged. This transformation method is simple and easy, not expensive to transform, energy-saving effect is obvious. After an accurate test found: heating can save more than 30% (test data are more than 10%). We first changed a RJX-30-9 stove, followed by an RJX-75-9 stove transformation, the effect is good.
