目的研究新疆中亚沙棘浆果的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析、大孔树脂柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和NMR数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、熊果酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅴ)、奎宁酸(Ⅵ)、芦丁(Ⅶ)。结论其中原儿茶酸、奎宁酸为首次从中亚沙棘中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of seabuckthorn berries in Central Asia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, macroporous resin column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and NMR data. Seven compounds were identified and identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), oleanolic acid (Ⅱ), ursolic acid (Ⅲ), daucosterol (Ⅳ), protocatechuic acid Ⅵ), rutin (Ⅶ). Conclusions Among them, protocatechuic acid and quinic acid were isolated from Seabuckthorn for the first time.
