近年来,在国家“走出去”战略的推动下,越来越多的国内建筑企业开始走向国际市场,国际工程承包业务不断扩大。由于这些项目工程量巨大,技术复杂,总承包商不可能单靠自己的力量完成整个项目,其中一些有必要分包出去。越来越多的总承包项目,对中资企业的管理水平,尤其管理分包商的水平提出了更高的要求。本文通过对安哥拉市场的分析,初步总结在分包管理中应该注意的问题,并提出了相应的建议。
In recent years, driven by the strategy of “going global”, more and more domestic construction enterprises have started to go to the international market and their international engineering contracting business has been constantly expanding. Due to the huge amount of engineering and complex technologies involved in these projects, it is not possible for general contractors to complete the entire project on their own, some of which need to be subcontracted. More and more general contracting projects set higher requirements on the management level of Chinese-funded enterprises, especially the level of subcontractors. Based on the analysis of the Angolan market, this paper summarizes the issues that should be paid attention to in the subcontract management and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
