采用2、4、6、8 g/L的苄.二氯混配剂喷施水稻幼苗,喷药后第4天测定根长、苗重、根系CAT活性、土壤CAT活性和根系H2O2含量,结果显示:低浓度的苄.二氯促进根的生长,浓度超过4 g/L后,幼苗鲜重下降;各种浓度的苄.二氯均导致根系H2O2含量下降和根系CAT活性上升,但苄.二氯不能抑制土壤CAT的活性。
The rice seedlings were sprayed with 2,4,6,8 g / L benzyldichloride mixture. The root length, seedling weight, root activity CAT activity, soil CAT activity and root H2O2 content were measured on the fourth day after spraying The results showed that low concentrations of benzyl dichloride promoted the growth of roots, and the fresh weight of the seedlings decreased when the concentration exceeded 4 g / L. The concentrations of benzyl dichloride decreased the content of H2O2 and the activity of CAT in roots. Dichloride does not inhibit soil CAT activity.
