用高温铂电阻温度计取代铂铑——铂热电偶复现630.74—1064.34℃范围的国际实用温标,是当前温度计量学面临的一个重要课题。许多国家开展这一研究工作已达廿余年,但因难度较大,未取得预想成果。 1987年修改国际实用温标时,将正式采用高温铂电阻温度计作为内插仪器,为此中国计量科学研究院和云南仪表厂从1977年底开始共同研制高温铂电阻温度计,于1978年试制出第一批高温铂电阻温度计。经过两年多时间所累计长达数干小时的高温退火实验和取得几千个数据表明,该高温铂电阻温度计具有高温稳定
Replacing the platinum-rhodium-platinum thermocouple with high-temperature platinum resistance thermometer to reproduce the international practical temperature scale in the range of 630.74-1064.34 ℃ is an important issue in thermometrics. Many countries have conducted this research work for more than 20 years, but due to the difficulty, they have not achieved the expected results. In 1987 to modify the international practical temperature scale, the official use of high-temperature platinum resistance thermometer as an interpolating instrument, therefore, China Institute of Metrology and Yunnan Instrument Factory from the end of 1977 to jointly develop high-temperature platinum resistance thermometer, in 1978, the first batch of trial production High temperature platinum resistance thermometer. After more than two years accumulated up to several hours of high-temperature annealing experiments and obtained thousands of data show that the high temperature platinum resistance thermometer with high temperature stability
