六西格玛的DMAIC模型,即定义、测量、分析、改进、控制,其基本依据是统计学、流程理解和流程控制。它源于PDCA循环,其统计技术继承、囊括了所有数字类和思维类质量工具。其中,定义阶段收集客户的需求,将其转变成项目的目标。测量阶段通过数据来解读当前的流程质量。分析阶段用来确认造成低质量的根本因素。改进阶段实施改进的对策。控制阶段用来验证和监控改进对策的有效性。通过新产品开发项目子流程的改进实例,说明了六西格玛理论对改善流程质量和提高客户满意度方面有巨大的推动作用。
Six Sigma DMAIC model, that is defined, measured, analyzed, improved, controlled, the basic basis for statistics, process understanding and process control. It stems from the PDCA cycle, which inherits statistical techniques, encompassing all numerical and thinking quality tools. Among them, the definition of stage to collect customer needs, turning it into the project’s goal. The measurement phase uses data to interpret the current process quality. The analysis phase is used to identify the underlying causes of low quality. Improvement and Implementation of Improvement Strategy. The control phase is used to verify and monitor the effectiveness of the improvement strategy. The improved example of the sub-process of the new product development project shows that Six Sigma theory can greatly promote the improvement of process quality and customer satisfaction.
