对于高中教师而言,普通高中课程改革提出了一个新的命题,即如何实现角色转变。这种由于课程的变化而导致的教师职业角色的转化,具有革命性的意义与内涵。高中教师不再是简单的知识传授者,而要成为学生学习的促进者、指导者、组织者、参与者,成为课程资源的开发者,成为教育教学的研究者,这些新的身份,新的名词,是非常值得高中教师们认真投入进去,进行探索和实践的。迄今,高中新课程已实施一年,处于课改第一线的高中教师们自然会有许多新鲜而真实的感受。对于如何扮演新课程课堂教学的新角色,他们会有哪些认识呢?为此,我们专门组织了数所学校的8位教师就这一话题展开了讨论。在这里,他们既有观点的阐述,也有事实举例,不妨一读。
