学术不端是学术肌体的毒瘤,也是影响学术繁荣发展的绊脚石。抄袭、剽窃、一稿多发、数据造假、虚假署名、请人代笔等学术不端行为,不仅损害了学术形象,而且抑制了学术的创新发展。加强学术道德建设,树立风清气正的良好氛围,抵制学术不端,遏制学术腐败,建立公平、公正、公开的学术交流生态系统,需要学术界、期刊界和全社会的共同参与与共同努力。为此,我们倡议中国图书馆学情报学学术期刊采取积极行动,联合抵制学术不端行为。1.深刻认识学术不端及其给学术发展带来的消极影响,形成共识,凝聚力量,营造崇尚学术诚信、讲
Academic misconduct is the tumor of academic body, but also a stumbling block to the academic prosperity and development. Plagiarism, plagiarism, multiple manuscripts, data fraud, false signatures, gratuities and other academic misconduct, not only damaged the academic image, but also inhibit the academic innovation and development. To strengthen academic ethics, establish a good atmosphere of good morality, resist academic misconduct, curb academic corruption and establish a fair, equitable and open ecosystem of academic exchanges require the joint participation and joint efforts of academia, periodicals and society as a whole . To this end, we propose that academic journals of Chinese library science and information science take positive actions to boycott academic misconduct. 1.
